All welders have to be international qualified, all materials to Australia Standard, all welding to Australia standard, high standard 3 coat paint system and full NATA equivalent third-party laboratory certified QC document such as WPS and NDT are required. In House tri-assembling is also applied to ensure there is no onsite installation issues. Paint Finish has to be cosmetically perfect due to the structure is installed in one of the Sydney signature tourist attraction areas. Corten Steel rustic look finish has to be visually even to create harmonic feel.
