High standard workmanship and quality support document are required for this top tier petroleum company project. All welders have to be international qualified, all materials to Australia Standard, all welding to Australia standard, high standard 3 coat paint system and full NATA equivalent third-party laboratory certified QC document such as WPS and NDT are required. In House tri-assembling is also applied to ensure there is no onsite installation issues. Offshore and Marine Grade 3 Coat 700um Paint Spec was also required to ensure durability of the surface finish application.
