High standard workmanship and quality support document are required for this top tier construction company project. All welders have to be international qualified, all materials to Australia Standard, all welding to Australia standard, high standard 3 coat paint system and full NATA equivalent third-party laboratory certified QC document such as WPS and NDT are required. In House tri-assembling is also applied to ensure there is no onsite installation issues. Paint Finish has to be cosmetically perfect due to the structure is installed in one of the Sydney CBD areas. Bridge has to be fully assembled in house and to be delivered to site for installation in one unit to minimize the timing of blocking one of the busiest main road in Sydney CBD.
